The University of Kufa was one of the first Iraqi universities and academic institutions to implement this system. Where the E-Learning Division in the Information technology Research and development Center began working on it since May 2010 and the work team began to develop and prepare the system with education at the university and to provide all the possibilities for its success, including a held workshop for a week that was summarized in the training and qualification of two employees from each faculty to administer the special system In faculty.

Where it took advantage of the electronic tests feature of the system by conducting the first actual electronic test at the university by performing the electronic test more than 75 engineers from the engineering affairs staff at the university with specializations (civil – electricity – mechanics).
