The Information Technology Research and Development Center held a workshop on technical support systems at the University of Kufa and their role in protecting information security by Othman Muhammad Hussein.

It aims to introduce the TS system and the services it provides to university employees and students, explain its most important advantages, as the system works on the university network, steps to fix problems in personal computers and how to protect them, which is part of digital safety in maintaining information security.
