In accordance with the strategic plan set by the Software and Web Applications Department at the Information Research  Center, our department, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Central Library, has implemented a new electronic system aimed at obtaining a support for a subscription to the Iraqi Virtual Library by filling out an electronic form on the Central Library website. This is what was mentioned to the Media Unit by the Academic staff member  Muhammad F.  Kazem Al-Gharawi, the electronic system programmer and the official in charge of the software and web applications department .
